There was a time in my life when my body was constantly tense…
not just in stressful moments…
but all the time.
I was always aware of everything around me…
reading the room…
trying to stay one step ahead of what could go wrong…
not because I wanted to…
but because my body had learned that it needed to.
In this episode, I share something deeply personal.
what it looked like for me to live in survival mode for years… without even realizing it.
Including a time in my life when I was in a relationship that was emotionally and physically abusive… and how that experience shaped the way my nervous system responded to the world.
This is not just about mindset.
